Here’s a look at how the face of immigration to Minnesota has changed since 1990, courtesy of the StarTribune newspaper. The long and short of it: 30 years ago the preponderance of immigrants arrived from Southeast Asia,with significant numbers of Canadians, Germans and Brits mixed in. Today, Mexicans rule, with combined new arrivals from Southeast Asia trailed by Somalis and Indians.
